ETC Employment Solutions

ETC is a jobactive provider and is committed to helping unemployed people find meaningful and sustainable employment by providing them with a combination of online and face-to-face services.

ETC takes the hassle out of recruitment by providing employers with a shortlist of candidates that meet their specific needs. The best news is ETC’s recruitment services come at no cost to employers as it’s subsidised by the Australian Government.

ETC also delivers the following programs:

• New Careers for Aboriginal People (NCAP) – working closely with community and industry groups to create and source employment and/or training opportunities for Aboriginal people.
• Transition to Work (TtW) – helping young people aged 15-21 either return to school, engage in further study or training or gain employment.


ETC Training Solutions

As a Registered Training Organisation, ETC delivers nationally accredited training programs from Certificate to Diploma levels in a range of industries including Community Services, Retail, Hospitality, Training & Assessment and Business & Management.

ETC’s training methodology is to improve the skills of participants by enhancing and contemporising training in a manner that is reflective of best practice industry standards and to support them achieve employment and promotional outcomes.

  • Qualified and highly experienced industry recognised trainers who ensure that our participants and trainees receive quality, responsive training solutions supporting them to achieve accreditation in their respective industries.

Indigenous Business Australia  – helping Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders secure funding for businesses
